Welcome to English Teacher. These Terms of Use govern your purchase and use of digital educational resources ("Products") from our website. By purchasing or downloading any Products, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Digital Products & Licensing

All digital resources sold through our shop are licensed, not sold. Upon successful payment, you are granted a single-user, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials.

Permitted Use:

• Use in your own classroom or tutoring sessions
• Print copies for your own students
• Store on your personal devices for your own use
• Modify for your personal classroom use (where applicable)

Prohibited Use:

• Sharing files with other teachers or colleagues
• Uploading to shared drives accessible by others
• Reselling, redistributing, or giving away the materials
• Using for commercial purposes beyond your own teaching
• Removing copyright notices or author attribution

3. Payment & Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already placed.

4. Downloads & Delivery

After successful payment, you will receive an email with download links. These links are valid for 72 hours from the time of purchase. If you experience any issues with your download, please contact us at hello@englishteacher.co.uk and we will resend your download links.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds once a download has been accessed. However, we understand that issues can arise:

• Technical Issues: If you are unable to download or open a file, please contact us and we will resolve the issue or provide a refund.
• Not as Described: If a product significantly differs from its description, please contact us within 14 days for a refund.
• Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same item twice, contact us for a refund on the duplicate.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and digital files, is the property of English Teacher or its content creators and is protected by copyright law. The purchase of a resource does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

8. Disclaimer

While we strive to ensure our resources are accurate and of high quality, they are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for how the materials are used in educational settings or for any outcomes resulting from their use.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
